The Capistrano Villas were built upon the citrus groves that our community once harvested. Now they are home to many generations of San Juan Capistrano residents who have carefully built community on these same acres. Camino Housing Solutions (CHS) was incorporated in 2024 as a response to collective concern about the uprooting influence of rising housing costs.
